2. This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
3. Employees of Jaycar Electronics or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Jaycar Electronics' competition microsite and official Facebook page.
6. Closing date for entry will be 31/01/2016 11:59pm AEDST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: The entrant must upload their workspace photo to the Jaycar competition microsite and provide their personal details (full name, email address and preferred Jaycar store). The entrant will go in the draw to win a 3D printer, and their submitted photo may be used as part of Jaycar's 2016 catalogue cover concept. Only one valid entry per person.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice due to any event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The winner will be selected at the offices of Jaycar Electronics, 320 Victoria Rd Rydalmere NSW 2116 Australia on 3/02/2016.
13. The winner will be announced via the Jaycar competition microsite and Jaycar Electonics' official Facebook page by 5/02/2016.
14. Prize will be available after arrival in our warehouse - estimated March 2016.
15. The best entry, as determined by the judges, will win a 3D Printer. Total number of prizes: 1. Total value of giveaway: AUD499
16. The winner will be notified by email / phone. If the winner cannot be successfully contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, Jaycar Electronics reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.
17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The promoter may use the winner's name and photo/s for promotional, marketing and publicity means. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to the use of his/her name and photo/s in any Jaycar Electronics publicity material.
